Rules

• round-robin tournament
• 5 players, 5 rounds
• even game, Japanese rules, 6.5 komi
• time setting: 20 minutes + Japanese byo-yomi 3x30 seconds
• final ranking will be based on number of wins

Additional Rules

• tiebreaker rules¹:
  • 2-way: head-to-head (H2H) - winner of the game played between the two
  • 3-way: sum of defeated opponents’ scores (SODOS) - sum the scores each player defeated
  • 4-way: not possible
  • 5-way: no tiebreaking rules will be applied
• triple ko: superko rule is applied, i.e. prohibit recurrences of an earlier board position
